Erik graduated from Colorado State University in Fort Collins, Colorado, with a Bachelor of Science in Health and Exercise Science and a concentration in Sports Medicine. His career has focused on teaching and coaching for nearly the last decade. When Erik is not educating on the importance of staying active and eating nutritious foods, he is exploring this magical planet with his pets, Fawkes and Waffles, and pursuing passion projects.
