Shelby Miller graduated from Iowa State University with a Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Dietetics and Exercise Science. Her graduate research concerned the influence of gut bacteria on pediatric obesity.

Shelby is the Manager of Scientific Affairs and Nutrition Education for Natural Grocers.
